Individuals 35 years old and under. CREDA’s DL program boasts special discounts on membership rates, registration fees for select conferences, and on additional events, as determined by the local chapters.
You are eligible for Public Official membership if you are an individual employed by a local, state or federal government or a non-profit organization.
You are eligible for Student membership if you are a full-time student who is not otherwise employed in the commercial real estate industry. Student members are eligible for reduced membership rates.
CREDA membership is an investment in your business and career. Dues are determined by membership type/status, the number of members from your company and chapter dues, among other factors. Below is an estimation of your membership dues investment; however, as you complete the join process, our system will ask you a variety of questions to provide you the best dues rate.
